J. Cole Parker is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Chicago office. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity/emerging companies and general corporate matters.
While in law school, Cole served as Managing Editor for the Indiana Law Journal and was also a faculty selected member of the Investment Banking Academy at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. During the summer of 2009, Cole completed an internship with The Duchossois Group, a privately held investment and operating company in Chicago, Illinois. Currently, Cole serves on the Business Law Advisory Board for the Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
Cole is admitted to practice in Illinois.
