Matthew R. Turnell is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Boston office. He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation.
Prior to joining McDermott, Matthew was a law clerk to the Honorable John W. Darrah for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He was also an associate at another international law firm, where he focused on matters relating to antitrust, financial services and civil litigation.
Matthew received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and a Campbell Moot Court competitor.
Matthew is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.
