Thomas J. Tynan is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Washington, D.C., office. He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation.
While in law school, Tom was the managing editor of Law & Contemporary Problems. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable James P. Jones of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
