Scott N. Gierke is counsel at the the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Chicago office. As a member of the Firm’s Corporate Department, he focuses his practice in corporate financing and federal and state securities law matters, with particular emphasis on the representation of issuers and underwriters in the public and private offering of securities, and the corporate and securities law aspects of executive compensation and employee benefit plans.
