Julian Lucien André is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. He focuses his practice on white-collar criminal defense and appellate matters.
Prior to rejoining McDermott, Julian served as a law clerk for the Honorable Harry Pregerson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. During law school, Julian externed for the Honorable Jeffrey W. Johnson, Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Julian is admitted to practice in California and before the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
