Graham’s practice covers all aspects of non-contentious advisory employment law work including, for example, senior executive appointments and terminations, advising on post termination restrictive covenants and garden leave provisions.
Graham has advised on the employment aspects of numerous transactions including large global transactions. In particular, Graham has advised on various TUPE transfers, including global outsourcings and offshorings, real estate transactions and transfers of insolvent companies. Graham also has extensive experience of advising on the employment aspects of PFI transactions. Graham’s transactional experience involves advising on the employment aspects of major share sales, corporate restructurings and private equity deals.
Graham advises on employers’ information and consultation obligations under TUPE, on collective redundancies and under the ICE Regulations. Other general advisory work includes directors remuneration, maternity and paternity leave, temporary workers, agency workers, data protection, the employment aspects of the implementation of flexible benefits and secondments/overseas arrangements.
Graham is regularly involved in providing client seminars and training and providing external talks on all aspects of employment law.
