Andrew Ralston is counsel in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Houston office. As a member of the Firm’s Energy and Derivatives Markets Group, he represents companies in both the energy industry and petrochemical industry.
Andrew’s energy experience includes representing clients in both the power and petroleum refining industries. He has represented these clients in both domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, structured energy transactions, and financings.
Andrew's petrochemical experience has focused on representing various petrochemical companies in both international and domestic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, project development and finance, and long term strategic agreements.
