Jennifer L. Westbrook is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm's Washington, D.C. office. She focuses her practice on antitrust counseling, government investigations and antitrust litigation.
Jennifer has experience in a variety of industries, including defense products (simulation and training), high tech (semiconductors), health care (hospitals and insurers) and plastics (pipe products), among others.
Before joining McDermott Will & Emery, Jennifer was an associate with an international law firm, where her practice included commercial and antitrust litigation, antitrust counseling, white collar defense, insurance recovery and products liability matters.
While in law school, Jennifer was an extern for the Honorable Laura Taylor Swain of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She served as staff managing editor of the National Black Law Journal.
Jennifer is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York.
