Désirée Fields is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP, based in its London office. She focuses her practice on all aspects of trade mark and brand protection.
Désirée has experience of a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, in particular, in relation to trade mark and copyright issues. She has advised on trade mark infringements, registration and renewals for pharmaceutical, skincare cosmetics and toy manufacturers.
