Johanna Deans Martell is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm's New York office. She focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions, development, leasing, financing and joint ventures.
During law school, Johanna was selected to participate in the 2003 Skadden First-Year Public Interest Legal Internship Program. She also served as Notes Editor for the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal.
Prior to joining McDermott, Johanna was a real estate associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Johanna is admitted to practice in New York.
