Michael R. Fayhee, P.C. is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Chicago office. He is head of the Firm’s Tax Business Unit. He focuses his practice on transactional matters, with a particular emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and the related financing required for such transactions.

Michael is a frequent lecturer on tax matters and has taught in the master of tax program at John Marshall Law School. He is admitted to the Illinois bar and is a member of the American, Illinois and Chicago bar associations.
