Laurence R. Bronska is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Chicago office. He focuses his practice on private equity and mezzanine investments, as well as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate finance and general corporate matters.
Larry represents funded and unfunded private equity groups, management teams, publicly and privately held businesses, and individual investors on a broad variety of domestic and international leveraged buyouts, non-control and growth equity investments, divestitures and acquisitions in diverse industries and market segments. He also advises investment principals on a range of formation, organization and transition issues.
