Emily K. Harring is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Chicago office.
During law school, Emily served as a teaching assistant in legal writing and advocacy. She was also a Notes and Comments Editor for the University of Illinois Law Review. Her note, Walking and Talking Like a KERP: Implications of BAPCPA Section 503(c) for Effective Leadership at Troubled Companies, was published in August, 2008.
Emily completed a judicial externship for Senior District Judge George Marovich of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois during the summer of 2006.
Emily is admitted to practice in Illinois.
