Barbara W. Halevi is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Boston office. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and other matters of general corporate and securities law.
Barbara received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law in 2009. While in law school, Barbara served as a teaching assistant for the school’s First-Year Writing Program and as a judge for the First-Year Moot Court. She also received several academic honors, including three Dean’s Awards.
Barbara is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
