C. David Goldman is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s New York office. As chairman of the New York corporate practice, David focuses his practice in general corporate and business counseling, with a concentration in corporate finance, acquisitions, and restructurings. He was previously a partner with the firm of Brenner, Saltzman, Wallman & Goldman of New Haven, Connecticut.
David is admitted to practice in the states of New York and Connecticut. He is a member of the American and Connecticut bar associations.
From 1978 to 1980, David served as a lecturer on financial accounting at Yale University School of Organization and Management.
