Lisa M. Kaderabek is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm's Chicago office. She focuses her practice on health care transactions, including securities offerings, joint ventures, physician/hospital syndications, tax-exempt bond financings, captive insurance, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, corporate governance and formation.
Lisa advises and represents a wide variety of clients, including issuers and underwriters of publicly and privately offered securities, including bonds, financial institutions, hospitals, other health care and medical equipment providers, captive insurance industry participants, business corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. She is a frequent lecturer on securities laws, corporate governance and the impact of federal and state securities laws on health care transactions.
Lisa is admitted to practice in Illinois and is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
