Joshua Herman is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Chicago office. He is a member of the Trial Department.
Prior to joining McDermott, Josh served as a law clerk for the Honorable James B. Moran, United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois.
Josh is admitted to practice in Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
