Meir A. Lewittes is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s New York office. Meir is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Department, where his practice concentrates on Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions and Securities with a recent focus on cross-border transactions, private placements, PIPEs, joint ventures, compliance with federal securities laws and general corporate matters.
While at New York University School of Law, Meir served as an Article and Note Editor of the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy.
