Kate Edwards is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Chicago office. She is a member of the Corporate Department. Kate focuses her practice on representing publicly and privately held clients in transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions, securities and providing general corporate counseling.
During law school, Kate served as a member of the University of Wisconsin Moot Court Board.
