Leigh Flesher is counsel in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm's Silicon Valley office.
Leigh provides contract, corporate and licensing support in connection with the implementation of tax strategies of multi-national clients. Her experience includes licensing and services structures, corporate restructurings and tax-related acquisition integration.
Prior to joining McDermott in 2003, Leigh served as in-house counsel to a technology company and as president of the Menlo Park-Atherton Education Foundation.
Leigh is a member of the state bar of California.
