Sebastian von Lossow is a partner in the corporate department of McDermott Will & Emery Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater LLP. He is based in the Düsseldorf office.
Sebastian regularly advises international enterprises, financial investors and family-run businesses in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures as well as in complex reorganisations and equity financing.
Sebastian has specific expertise in the following industries: private equity, venture capital, food and beverage as well as manufacturing.
