Gregg H. Fierman is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Miami office. He focuses his practice on the areas of corporate and business law, real estate and finance transactions.
Gregg’s transactional experience includes the structuring and preparation of documentation for a variety of business transactions, including asset acquisitions and sales; lending and borrowing for acquisitions and construction contracts. He has extensive experience with real estate leasing activities, permanent financings and refinancings and loan workouts.
Gregg is admitted to practice in Florida.
He is an authorized title examiner and agent for various nationally recognized title insurance companies.
During law school, Gregg served as a member of the Law Review and was a member of The Order of the Coif.
