Roderick K. Donnelly is counsel in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in its Silicon Valley office. He is a member of the Firm’s Tax Department. Rod’s practice focuses on tax aspects of complex international corporate transactions and on transfer pricing, especially with an intangible property component, at both the planning and the controversy stages.
He received a M.Eng. degree in electrical engineering and a Ph.D. in mathematics. Prior to law school, Rod was an associate professor of electrical engineering at Memorial University. He is a member of the New York (1999) and California (2000) Bars.
