Harris C. Siskind is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Miami office. Harris is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Department, where his practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, private fund formation and securities.
Harris has handled many complex transactions, including private equity acquisitions and divestitures, public and private company financings, Securities Exchange Act reporting for public companies, public securities offerings, and private equity fund formation and hedge fund formation. As part of representing private companies, Harris has handled a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, asset-based credit facilities, and capital raising.
In addition, Harris has represented numerous public companies in connection with requirements under the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as numerous financing transactions.
