Abigail Reed is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's New York office. She is a member of the Corporate Department, where her practice focuses in the areas on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and general corporate counseling.
While at Boston College School of Law, Abigail was the Research Editor for the U.C.C. Reporter-Digest.
Abigail was also a summer clerk to the Honorable Cynthia Cohen of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
Abigail is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
