Astrid is a co-editor and regular contributor to McDermott’s IP Update. She also frequently comments and publishes on topics related to intellectual property law. While at law school, Astrid served as Note & Comment editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and was a finalist in the Scott Moot Court Competition. Prior to attending law school, Astrid earned a graduate degree in the Department of Cellular, Molecular and Developmental Biology at UCLA. Astrid has co-authored scientific publications in several peer-reviewed journals.
