Dr. Christian Masch is partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater LLP based in its Munich office. He is a member of the Intellectual Property, Media & Technology (IPMT) and the German telecom, media and technology (TMT) practice groups. He practices in IT, IP, media and telecommunication law, data protection/privacy law.
Christian is an experienced trial lawyer who frequently represents clients in commercial law litigations before German courts.
Christian studied law at the University of Passau. He received his Dr. jur., summa cum laude, from the University of Augsburg with a thesis on German banking law and has published a number of articles.
