Massimo Trentino is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery Studio Legale Associato, based in its Rome office.  He focuses his practice on corporate finance work, including IPOs and bond issues, takeovers mergers and acquisitions, establishment of mutual funds, listing and registration of mutual funds, advising on derivatives and obtaining authorisation for and issuing financial products .
