Robert A. Clary II is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Chicago office. He is a member of the Tax Department.
Prior to joining McDermott, Rob worked for a Big Four accounting firm, in the mergers & acquisitions group of the Washington national tax office.
Rob advises public and private corporations with respect to tax aspects of domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and other corporate activities.
Rob is admitted to practice in Illinois and North Carolina.
