John P. Hendrickson is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm's Chicago office. John focuses his practice on employee benefits and executive compensation.
John serves as counsel to several of the United States’ largest corporations on all aspects of their employee benefit and executive compensation programs and regularly represents clients of all sizes. He has extensive experience in designing and implementing employee benefit plans and executive compensation programs in particular in the context of business transitions and representing his clients before the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Labor and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
