Irene Porokhova is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Boston office. She is a member of the Corporate Department. Irene’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of securities, private equity transactions, and other matters of general corporate and securities law.
During law school, Irene served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert Cordy of the Supreme Judicial Court and Honorable Cynthia Cohen of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Prior to law school, Irene worked as a management consultant in the Financial Services Division of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
