Nathanael S. Kelley is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s New York’s office.
Nathanael’s experience includes representing multinational corporations and financial institutions in a variety of civil litigation matters, including contract litigation, appellate advocacy, mergers and acquisitions litigation, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, and domestic and international arbitration and mediation. In addition to case and discovery management, Nathanael has conducted all examinations and arguments in a bench trial in federal court. He has also conducted internal investigations and has assisted in taking and defending numerous fact and expert depositions.
Nathanael was previously with McDermott Will & Emery as a summer associate in 2005. He served as an Extern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina in the spring of 2006, and for the Service to State Agencies, North Carolina Department of Justice in 2005
While in law school, Nathanael was an Articles Editor for The North Carolina Law Review.
Nathanael is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York.
