Dr. Vincent Schröder is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater LLP, based in its Munich office. He is a member of the German telecom, media and technology (TMT) practice group, where his practice comprises IT law issues as in particular software development, software licensing, e-commerce, hardware distribution, copyright, data protection and privacy law. In addition, Vincent also advises on matters of procurement law as well as energy law focusing in particular on the negotiation of EFET agreements.
He studied law at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, where he as well received his Dr. jur. Prior to joining the Firm, Vincent gained IT experience by working for an commercial law firm in Nuremberg. Vincent is fluent in German and English.
