Renata J. Ferrari is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Boston office. She is a member of the Employee Benefits Department.
Prior to joining McDermott, Renata worked in the Employment Practice Group at an international law firm in New York, where she concentrated on executive compensation, equity-based incentives and corporate governance. She advises on employment, consulting and other compensation arrangements, with particular emphasis on issues arising in the context of mergers and acquisition transactions, joint ventures and initial public offerings. She also advises on SEC compliance and disclosure-related issues, the applicability of federal securities and tax laws to executives and employees and general employment-related matters.
Renata is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts.
