Annette Keller is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater LLP, based in its Munich office. She is a member of the Tax Department and focuses on corporate tax law, tax structuring of mergers and acquisitions, tax aspects of reorganization and financing as well as international tax law.
Prior to joining the Firm Annette was working for Shearman & Sterling LLP in Frankfurt and Munich, where she focused on tax law.
Annette attended the Universities of Würzburg and Barcelona. She did her legal clerkship (Referendariat) at the Court of Appeal in Würzburg. Annette is admitted to the German Bar.
She is fluent in German and English and has basic knowledge in Spanish.
