Katherine Stenander is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in its Chicago office. She is a member of the Tax Department.
Katherine worked for several years at KPMG LLP, where she focused on international tax compliance and consulting. In 1999, Katherine joined the Tax Department of McDermott Will & Emery. After working at the Firm for several years, Katherine returned to KPMG LLP as an M&A tax senior manager, where she worked on a broad range of corporate income tax matters.
Katherine is a member of the bar in Illinois and is a member of the American Bar Association.
During law school, Katherine was executive articles editor of the Chicago-Kent Law Review.
Katherine is a certified public accountant.
