Katherine M. Schon is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Chicago office. She focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, counseling and prosecution.
While in law school, Katherine was a staff editor for the Washington University Journal of Law & Policy. She also participated in the Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court Competition.
Katherine earned her J.D. from the Washington University School of Law and her B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of California – Los Angeles.
Katherine is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
