Andrew D. Mickelsen is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm's Orange County office. He focuses his practice on patent prosecution and client counseling. He represents clients in various areas of technology, including electrical and mechanical devices, computer software and hardware, communications networks, and image processing. Andrew is also involved in the support of litigation matters.
Andrew received a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering. While attending law school, he served as Executive Editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal.
Andrew is admitted to practice in the state of California and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
