Nicole M. Pearl is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Los Angeles office. As a member of the Private Client Department, she advises clients on estate planning, trust administration and probate matters, as well as marital property agreements, charitable foundations and trusts and family business succession planning. She also focuses her practice on the unique issues involving unmarried, gay or lesbian couples.
While in law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Board. Nicole is admitted to practice in the state of California.
