Matthew Boch is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm's Chicago office.
Matthew has a breadth of transactional, planning and controversy experience in both federal, and state and local taxation.
Prior to joining McDermott, Matthew had been a law clerk at a firm in Indianapolis. While in law school, Matthew was a senior editor of the Environmental Law Review. He also represented nonprofit corporations and small businesses through the Hale-Dorr Legal Services Center Community Enterprise Project.
Matthew is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois.
