Dr. Florian Vogel is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater LLP, based in its Munich office.
His practice focuses on commercial contracting and litigation as well as on compliance counselling. Florian advises client from the IT, technology, media and telecommunications industries as well as their customers on complex projects, including outsourcing, licensing joint ventures, research and development, marketing and the development or acquisitions of technology. He is a skilled negotiator and an experienced trial attorney. Florian is a member of the German telecom, media and technology (TMT) practice group. Florian’s practice also includes compliance work. He concentrates on private investigations and the development and implementation of corporate compliance programs. His focus is on anti-corruption, fraud and privacy law. Florian studied law at the Universities of Bayreuth and Munich in Germany. He received his Dr. jur., summa cum laude from the University of Munich.
During his studies, Dr. Vogel worked for one of the largest contract research and development organizations in Germany. Florian regularly speaks on licensing, data protection and compliance issues.
