Webb Millsaps is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Miami office. As a member of the Corporate Department, he focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions, private equity and securities. He also has an emphasis on health care transactions and regulation.
Prior to joining McDermott, Webb was a member of an international law firm where he specialized in mergers, acquisitions and project finance. He also has an extensive business background, including work in the health insurance industry as well as in the film and television business.
Webb is admitted to practice in Florida.
