Brian A. Fogerty is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Chicago office.
While in law school, Brian was an associate editor of the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform. He also interned for the New York County District Attorney’s Office. Brian was a summer associate with McDermott in 2007. While in college, he interned for the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia.
Brian received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. in political science from the University of Michigan.
Brian is admitted to practice in the state of Illinois.
