Rachael Lewis is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm's Washington, D.C, office.  She focuses her practice on defending mergers and acquisitions before United States and foreign competition authorities, merger notification counseling under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, antitrust counseling, antitrust litigation and commercial litigation.

Rachael has represented clients in transactions, investigations or cases in various industries including: defense products (simulation and training); commercial kitchen equipment; healthcare services; medical devices; pharmaceuticals; and semiconductor memory.

Rachael is admitted to practice in North Carolina and the District of Columbia.
