Rachael Lewis* is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Washington, D.C. office.  She is a member of the Firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice Group, where she focuses on defending mergers and acquisitions before United States and foreign competition authorities, merger notification counseling under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, antitrust counseling, antitrust litigation and commercial litigation.

Rachael has represented clients in transactions, investigations or cases in various industries including: defense products (simulation and training); commercial kitchen equipment; healthcare services; medical devices; pharmaceuticals; and semiconductor memory.

Rachael is admitted to practice in North Carolina.
