Amy Ferrer is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s New York office. Amy focuses her practice on mergers & acquisitions, securities and capital market transactions.
Prior to joining McDermott, Amy counseled clients on compliance issues with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and reviewed NYSE and NASDAQ corporate governance requirements. She would also prepare and review SEC filings such as registration statements on forms S-1 and S-4, annual reports and forms 10-Q and 8K
While attending Fordham University School of Law, Amy was an active member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. She also was a legal extern for the Honorable David J. Trager in Brooklyn New York.
