Amy Ferrer is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Boston office. Amy is experienced in a wide range of corporate and securities transactions including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, loan transactions and other general compliance and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining McDermott, Amy counseled clients on compliance issues with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and reviewed NYSE and NASDAQ corporate governance requirements. She would also prepare and review SEC filings such as registration statements on forms S-1 and S-4, annual reports and forms 10-Q and 8K.
While attending Fordham University School of Law, Amy was an active member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. She also was a legal extern for the Honorable David J. Trager in Brooklyn ,New York.
Amy is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts.
