Carla A. Lawless is a staff attorney in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Chicago office. Carla focuses her practice on complex civil litigation discovery.
Carla’s experience includes work as the senior regional counsel for one of the world’s largest fast food companies. She is also a certified arbitrator for Cook and DuPage Counties in Illinois.
Carla regularly provides pro bono legal services as a volunteer attorney for West Suburban PADS, an agency that provides a continuum of services for persons who are experiencing homelessness.
Carla is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the Supreme Court of the United States. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
