Mark W. McCarthy is corporate counsel in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Boston office. Mark focuses his practice in the areas of commercial real estate and finance.
Mark's experience includes representation of owners and purchasers regarding all aspects of acquisition, development and disposition of commercial real estate, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, reviewing title, survey, zoning, leasing, construction, environmental and other matters. He has also represented landlords and tenants regarding commercial leases for office buildings, shopping centers and industrial parks. Mark also has general finance experience, having represented lenders and borrowers regarding financing the acquisition and development of commercial real estate.
Mark is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Florida.
