Pierre Brochet is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP, based in its London office. His practice covers equity and debt capital markets, funds, structured finance and derivatives.
Pierre has advised on a wide range of synthetic and hybrid credit linked notes, including principal protected and collateralised loan instruments, as well as exchange traded fund (ETF) transactions and equity and credit derivatives. Pierre has also advised on many equity and debt securities transactions, including convertible, high-yield and eurobond issues, euro-commercial paper and medium term notes, as well as on the rescheduling of defaulted bonds and the refinancing or restructuring of debt. Pierre has also advised on various asset and whole business securitisations.
Pierre has represented a number of US, European and emerging markets investment banks and issuers, as well as asset managers. Pierre has practiced in London, New York and Milan.
