Hasan Rashid is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Boston office. Hasan focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution.
While in law school, Hasan was a student note editor for the Journal of Science & Technology Law.
While in graduate school, Hasan researched and studied topics including the following: adaptive filter design, computer networks, queuing theory, microelectromechanical devices and power electronics.
Hasan earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Florida and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
Hasan is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Florida, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
