Eric Garcia is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Orange County office. He focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation.
While in law school, Eric was a member of the Intellectual Property Society, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and business editor for the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship & the Law. Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from California Polytechnic State University and his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Eric worked as a ride engineer for Walt Disney Imagineering where he focused on mechanical design and engineering for various ride systems.
